摘要: 针对应急联动框架内存在的信息孤岛问题,利用Web服务跨平台、松耦合等特性,将其应用到应急管理领域,对不同的应急服务封装发布到服务注册中心,通过业务流程管理技术进行服务管理绑定。研究基于突发事件概念相关性和流程节点服务推荐策略,采用语义距离、匹配度系数等对其进行扩展,提出一种匹配度系数的测算方法,并通过实验验证算法的有效性。

Abstract: For the problem of information isolated island exist in emergency, this paper makes use of Web service’s characteristics of cross-platform and loose coupling, introduces it into the emergency management field, specific to the different emergency services packaged by encapsulation server, published in the service registry, it uses the technology of business process management to manage and bind the services. The service recommendation strategy of the process nodes is specifically research based on emergency concept relevance, and an calculation method is proposed by extending and using semantic distance and matchmaking coefficient, and the experiment is illustrating the efficiency of this method.
