摘要: 对生物医学中的疫苗及接种疫苗技术进行抽象与建模,分别提出疫苗及相关概念、疫苗自动获取算法和接种疫苗算法。将上述算法与一般克隆选择算法结合,实现对其的改进。分析改进算法的计算效率和时间复杂度,改进后的克隆选择算法被用于模式识别。实验结果表明,基于接种疫苗的克隆选择算法能够加快收敛速度。

Abstract: Based on abstracting and modeling the vaccine and vaccination techniques in biomedicine, the vaccine and related conception, vaccine autonomous obtaining algorithm and vaccination operator are proposed. The generic clonal selection algorithm is improved by integrating with vaccine autonomous obtaining and vaccination operator. The improved clonal selection algorithm is used to implement pattern recognition, which demonstrates the speedup of convergence speed according to experimental results. Meanwhile, computational efficiency and time complexity analysis for the improved algorithm are also presented.
