摘要: 针对小子样成败型产品抽样问题,结合序贯验后加权检验方法和一次计数抽样检验思想,提出一种基于序贯验后加权检验的计数抽样方法。结合Bayes理论,利用各种先验信息减少试验所需的样本容量,从而简便地制定抽样方案。通过算例进行对比分析,仿真结果表明,该方法适用于小子样条件下的抽样检验。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of small size sampling inspection for pass-fail products, combining the single sampling inspection and Sequential Posterior Odd Test(SPOT) method, a new sampling inspection method for pass-fail data distribution is proposed, which not only can reduce the sample size due to making effectively use of the prior information, but also can very easily make sampling inspection project. A special sampling inspection case is presented, simulation result shows that the proposed method is suitable for sampling inspection under the condition of small size sample.
