Integration Research of Multi-domain Collaborative Simulation Model Based on HLA

摘要: 研究复杂产品协同仿真开发过程中的仿真模型集成问题。联合使用松散耦合与紧密耦合技术,设计一种缓冲池实现机制。以高层体系结构为软总线,利用分布式数据库、文件模拟数据库和XML技术,统一不同领域软件的仿真模型定义规范。转化后的模型数据在协同仿真的软件间交互,数据库与文件存储在协同仿真过程中起到缓冲作用。采用面向服务架构的方式构建子模块,将各领域仿真软件松散耦合到虚拟样机协同仿真平台中。以热控电动百叶窗机构机电联合仿真为例,分别进行集中式仿真和协同仿真分析。结果表明,该方法能提高协同仿真的速度与精度。

Abstract: This paper studies the problem of integrated simulation model in the process of collaborative simulation development of complex product. Buffer pool is put forward in the combined use of loose coupling and close coupling. With software bus of High Level Architecture(HLA), the definition criterion of software simulation model in multi-disciplinary is unified by using distributed database, program simulative database and XML technology, transformed model data between different software of the collaborative simulation are interacted. Database and file storage provide a moderating effects in the collaborative simulation processes. Service-oriented Architecture(SOA) is used to construct the sub-module, and simulation software in various fields is loosely coupled to collaborative simulation platform. An example of electromechanical simulation of thermal control mechanism is compared between the centralized simulation and the collaborative simulation. Result shows that the method improves the simulation speed and accuracy.
