摘要: 为进一步缩短银联联机交易系统故障的恢复时间,利用六西格玛DMAIC方法,运用统计分析和质量管理并结合生产运行实际,提出一种有效的优化联机交易系统故障分析方法,建立对联机交易高可用性持续有效的改进机制。测试结果表明,运用该方法,联机交易系统故障在60 s内恢复时间的比例从88%提高到93%。

Abstract: In order to further shorten the UnionPay online transaction system failure recovery time, this paper puts forward to use six Sigma DMAIC methods, including the use of statistical analysis and quality management method and combining the actual production run, proposes effective analysis method for system fault, establishes sustained and effective improvement mechanism about the online transaction high availability. Test results show that this system failure recovery time in 60 seconds is increased from 88% to 93%.
