摘要: 针对Wigner-Ville分布中交叉项干扰的问题,提出一种基于快速独立分量分析(Fast-ICA)算法的交叉项消除方法。采用Fast-ICA方法将若干独立分量信号从混合信号中分离出来,对各独立分量信号进行Wigner-Ville分析,叠加分析结果,重构原混合信号消除交叉项后的总体 Wigner-Ville分布。仿真结果表明,该方法能消除混合信号Wigner-Ville分布中的交叉项,收敛速度快、实时性高,同时可保持较好的时频聚集性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of cross-terms in Wigner-Ville distribution,an eliminating approach based on Fast Independent Component Analysis(Fast-ICA) is proposed.Fast-ICA method is utilized to the mixtured signal in an attempt to extract a number of independent components.Wigner-Ville analysis is employed on the above independent components respectively.The analysis results of each component are used to reconstruct the overall Wigner-Ville distribution of the original signal by linear superposition,in which there are less or even no corss-terms.The presented method provides another method of eliminating cross-terms and the simulation results show that it can eliminate the cross-terms in the Wigner-Ville distribution of the mixtured signal with advantages of fast convergence,high real-time performance as well as sound time-frequency concentration.
