基于模糊命题逻辑FLCOM的综合评判及其应用

Comprehensive Evaluation and Its Application Based on Fuzzy Propositional Logic FLCOM

摘要: 知识信息的否定关系在处理信息领域中越来越处于不可或缺的地位。在区分3种否定的FLCOM基础上,提出一种新的模糊综合判断方法。给出λ-中介否定命题的概念和λ-区间函数,依据模糊集最大隶属度原则提出基于FLCOM的模糊综合评判方法,并将此方法应用于松潘地震灾害等级评判实例,与运用未确知测度方法和灰色系统方法的等级评判结果进行比较。结果表明,基于模糊命题逻辑形式系统FLCOM的模糊综合评判方法是合理有效的,并考虑到不同评判等级间的内在相互否定关系。

Abstract: The negative relationship between knowledge and information is becoming more and more important in the field of information processing.Based on FLCOM with three kinds of negation,this paper presents a new fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.This paper proposes the concept of λ-medium negation proposition and λ-interval function.It gives a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on FLCOM according to the principle of maximum membership degree of fuzzy sets,and the method is applied in the case of Songpan earthquake disaster.The results are compared with the grade evaluation results of the unascertained measure model and the grey system theory.The results show that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the fuzzy propositional logic system FLCOM is reasonable and effective.It fully considers inner negative relationships between different evaluation levels.
