集群协同制造服务组合策略的比较研究

Comparative Research on Service Composition Strategy of Cluster Collaborative Manufacturing

摘要: 集群式供应链通过动态的服务组合应对激烈的市场竞争,然而目前的服务组合策略多注重于选择最优服务组合,忽略了普遍存在的服务资源闲置浪费现象。为此,运用计算实验方法,以集群协同制造为研究对象,模拟非协同服务组合策略与协同服务组合策略在供需不定场景下的演化过程,并对2种服务组合策略进行对比研究。实验结果表明,在供需不定的市场环境下,协同服务组合策略整体性能表现最优。

Abstract: Through the dynamic matching and composition of all kinds of manufacturing service resources,Cluster Supply Chain (CSC) can help manufacturing enterprises face the changing market competition.However,the current service composition strategy focuses on the selection of the optimal service composition,but neglects the common phenomenon that the service resources are idle.In view of this situation,this paper uses the method of computational experiment,with cluster collaborative manufacturing as the research object to simulate supply and demand uncertainty evolutionary process of non-collaborative service composition strategy and collaborative service composition strategy,and makes a comparative research of the two service composition strategies.Experimental results show that,under the market environment of supply and demand uncertainty,the performance of collaborative service composition strategy is optimal.
