一种基于组合融合策略的遥感影像融合方法

摘要: 针对影像融合过程中绿色植被区极易产生光谱失真的问题,在分析常用不同融合方法特点的基础上,提出一种适用于资源三号卫星影像融合的方法。运用归一化差分植被指数将原始影像分离为绿色植被区和非绿色植被区,对分离后的2个区域根据其不同的融合特点和要求构建一种组合融合策略进行影像融合。针对非绿色植被区域,利用线性回归理论构建多光谱图像和经过全色图像处理后得到HP之间的线性关系,求取回归系数拟合LRP进行融合,而对绿色植被区则利用光谱保真性较好的GS方法进行融合。实验结果表明,与FIHS,GIHS,Brovey,GS以及分区域拟合等融合方法相比,基于组合融合策略的影像融合方法具有最优的融合效果,可获得相对较高的空间分辨率,有效地解决了融合影像尤其是绿色植被区融合影像的光谱失真问题。

Abstract: As the spectral distortion is prone to exist in the vegetation area during the process of image fusion,a new method is proposed for image fusion of resource satellite-3 remote sensing by analyzing different characteristics of several common fusion methods.Normalized Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI) is used to separate green vegetation areas and non-green vegetation areas from original images.A combined fusion strategy is built according to different fusion characteristics and requirements of the two different areas to accomplish fusion process.For non-green vegetation areas,it constructs the linear relationship between multispectral image and HP obtained after an image processing to panchromatic image,and fittings LRP by calculating the correlation coefficient to implement fusion.In green vegetation areas,it carries out image fusion by using GS method for an advantage in spectral fidelity.Experimental results show that compared with the fusion methods of FIHS,GIHS,Brovey,GS and divided region fitting method,the new method based on combined fusion strategy has the best fusion quality.It can obtain a relatively high spatial resolution while reducing spectral distortion of fused image effectively,especially in solving the problem of spectral distortion in green vegetation area.
