Abstract: To address the heterogeneity in Base Station(BS) deployment and the coupling between User Equipment (UE) and BS in the hotspot communication scenario of the fifth-generation(5G)/beyond 5G(B5G) networks,this paper proposes a three-layer heterogeneous network modeling scheme for dense hotspot areas.The locations of MBS and PBS are modeled as Poisson Point Processes(PPP),the UEs and low-power FBS scattered around the centers of hotspots are modeled as Poisson Cluster Process(PCP),and the UE and FBS outside the coverage of PBS are modeled as two independent Poisson Hole Processes(PHP).On this basis,this paper constructs the criteria of UE classification and association,and derives the statistical descriptions of the association probability and association distance of UEs in the cluster center and the cluster edge,considering two association cases of ordered FBS and non-ordered FBS.The experimental results show that when the target UE is associated with FBS,the association probability in the case of non-ordered FBS is higher than that in the case of ordered FBS.When the target UE is associated with MBS or PBS,the association probability in the case of ordered FBS is higher than that in the case of non-ordered FBS.

摘要: 针对5G/B5G网络热点通信场景中基站(BS)部署的异构性以及用户设备(UE)与BS之间的耦合问题,提出一种面向密集热点区域的三层异构网络建模方案。将宏BS (MBS)和微微BS (PBS)的位置建模为泊松点过程,将分散在热点中心的UE和低功耗毫微微BS (FBS)建模为泊松簇过程,将PBS覆盖范围之外的UE和FBS建模为两个独立的泊松洞过程。在此基础上,设计UE分类和级联准则,推导簇中心和簇边缘UE的级联概率与级联距离的统计表达式,并考虑有序FBS和非有序FBS的两种级联情况。实验结果表明,当目标UE与FBS级联时,非有序FBS情况下的级联概率优于有序FBS情况,当目标UE与MBS或PBS级联时,有序FBS情况下的级联概率优于非有序FBS情况。
