Abstract: This paper introduces the structure of mould liquid steel level control system in continuous casting and uses the fuzzy dual-mode control algorithm to control the liquid steel level. Prepared with the traditional method, the advanced control system is more efficiently to smooth away the change and disturbance during the producing. The experiment result shows that the method is valid.

摘要: 介绍了连铸生产中结晶器钢水液位控制系统的组成。利用模糊双模控制算法控制钢水液位。与传统的钢水液位控制方式相比,可以有效控制生产过程中的变化和干扰。实践证明,这种算法有较好的控制效果。
