Abstract: The embedded system Windows CE.net can be stored and be booted in many ways. It is introduced that an Eboot of embedded processor Intel PXA270 uses NAND flash to store and boot Windows CE.net system, and a boot technique is introduced that Windows CE.net 5.0 runs with the storage device of NAND Flash. The technique is universal, quick-boot and low-cost.

摘要： Windows CE.net嵌入式操作系统可以使用多种方法实现固化存储启动。该文通过介绍一种基于NAND Flash的Eboot，在Intel公司的PXA270嵌入式处理器上实现了Windows CE.net的固化存储和启动，介绍了Windows CE.net 5.0以NAND Flash为固化存储设备的一类启动方法。该方法启动速度快、成本低，并具有一定的通用性。
