Optimization for Algorithm of Document Distribution in P2P Network

对等网络文件分发算法优化

Abstract: The difference of the bandwidth between the lines up and down can’t satisfy an P2P network according to the request for data distribution in the realistic network environment in which the ADSL is the main connecting manner. This results in the service supplier’s increasing the document servers so that they can make up the translation delay of the documents that produced by the shortage of the down-line bandwidth. Through improvement of the distribute algorithm of the existing documents, the speed of the document distribution in the P2P network can be accelerated without the increase of the document server. Improving the algorithm of the document distribution in the eMule protocol, it can speed up the document distribution by raising the quantity of copy in the unit time.

摘要: 在以ADSL接入方式为主的现实网络环境中,上下行带宽的差异,不能满足对等网络对数据分发的要求。造成了服务供应商需要增加文件服务器,才能弥补下行带宽不足所产生的文件传播延迟。该文通过改进现有的文件分发算法,在不增加文件服务器的情况下,提高对等网络中文件的分发能力。通过改进eMule协议的文件分发算法,提高单位时间内产生的文件副本数量,进而提高整个系统的文件分发速度。
