Design of Measurement and Control Software of Electron Probe

电子探针的测量与控制软件设计

Abstract: In order to measure the intensity of characteristic X-ray accurately and get more information, a measurement and control software is developed on EMX-SM7 electron probe. The main functions in previous software and the flexible functions of measurement and control are implemented. Analytical positions can be set at random and the different conditions of measurement can be selected for major and minor elements in a single measurement according to analysts’ needs. The acquiried data can be handled with various correct methods.

摘要: 为精确测量电子探针的特征X射线强度,在EMX-SM7型电子探针上,基于Windows2000操作系统采用Visual C++ 6.0开发了灵活的控制软件。该软件实现了原仪器的各项功能,还可根据分析者的需要设计测量过程和选择数据处理方式:任意设定分析位置来获取更多X射线信息,对同一组测量元素中的主次元素设定不同的测量条件来提高分析精度,对分析数据采用多种修正算法来处理分析结果。
