Abstract: In order to solve the problem with information sharing, updating & maintenance of farmland-grading results, a solution based on the WebGIS in ArcIMS platform is developed. The farmland grading information publication system is designed and constructed and can be convenient for the ministry of land and resources to manage and utilize the national land and resources effectively. From the successful operation of the pilot project carried out in Hubei Province, it is proved that the system is stable, high-performance and achievable.

摘要： 针对目前农用地定级成果资源共享、数据更新维护、信息实时互动等方面存在的问题，提出开放式农用地定级信息发布系统架构方案，在运用GIS的空间数据处理能力和分析研究ArcIMS等WebGIS相关技术的基础上，构建该信息发布系统，便于国土部门有效管理利用土地资源。通过在湖北省试点地区试运行，证明了该系统运行稳定、性能良好，取得预期效果。
