Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of characteristic extracting for bill’s fibrin, a new characteristic extracting method for bill’s fibrin based on extremum filtering and OTSU is proposed in this paper. Extremum filtering is used to enhance characteristic of fibrin and integrate the complex background. And the optimal OTSU algorithm is proposed to partition the image of bill and extract characteristic of fibrin. The experiment shows the good effect and fast speed of this method, and its consistency performance is above 91%.

摘要: 针对票据纤维特征提取的难题,提出基于极值滤波和OTSU的票据纤维特征提取方法,包括采用极大值滤波方法增强纤维特征并整合复杂背景对象。采用优化流程的OTSU算法分割图像,提取纤维特征。实验结果证明,该方法提取票据纤维特征效果好、速度快,一致性指标达91%以上。
