基于Peercast的P2P直播系统改进

Abstract: This paper analyzes the Peercast live stream media system, concludes that the system carries some shortcomings during its practical application to network and provides improvements. It redesigns downloading flow, and makes it into multithread downloading. It designs a module for managing downloading peers. It redesigns the buffers, and maintains the buffer in many-to-one environment. It introduces the improvements on network delay after the redesign of downloading flow and analyzes the functions of the redesigned system.

摘要: 分析Peercast流媒体直播系统的结构。根据分析结果,指出其在实际网络应用中的弊端。改进下载流程,将单线程下载改为多线程下载,设计多线程下载任务分配模块。重新设计缓冲区,维护多对一情况下的缓冲区。介绍在多线程下载情况下直播延时方面的改进,对改进方案的性能进行分析。
