Design of Integrative Decision Support Center for Power Grid Enterprise Group

Abstract: This paper surveys the major deficiency and the demand of decision support of China power enterprise group. The main contribution is to present the novel solution of the integrative ‘grid-province-city’ decision support system which is based on Service Oriented Architecture(SOA) and data warehouse architecture. The SOA is utilized to exchange data between the data warehouse and the data source systems to clear up the information island. The data warehouse architecture can implement the different types’ decision support functions. Analyse result shows that this center has better feasibility.

摘要: 针对电网企业在决策支持方面存在的问题和建设需求,提出“网-省-地”一体化决策支持解决方案。该方案使用SOA的数据交换体系解决信息化孤岛问题,实现内部数据的横向交换和上下级单位数据的纵向贯通,基于数据仓库设计的体系架构能实现不同级别的高级决策功能。分析结果表明,该系统具有较好的可行性。
