Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that aliasing noise will be introduced when alleviating network congestion by software down-sampling in IP video communication, a spatial processing method of aliasing noise is proposed. It uses mask operator to preprocess image before down-sampling. The system test indicates that this method can effectively reduce the aliasing noise of the low resolution video image. The method is simple, easy to realize and real-time. It guarantees the smoothness and robustness of the video when the network is in congestion.

摘要: 针对在嵌入式IP视频通信中通过软件降采样缓解网络拥塞时会引起欠采样噪声的问题,提出一种空域欠采样噪声处理方法。该方法引入低通掩膜算子在空域对降采样前的图像做滤波预处理,抑制欠采样噪声。系统测试表明,该算法简单易行,实时性较好,能有效减少低分辨率视频图像的欠采样噪声,在网络拥塞时保证视频的流畅性和业务的健壮性。
