Abstract: This paper corrects the service time of G/G/∞ queuing model and gets the accurate result of the transmission probability. Based on the corrected model, the saturation throughput of IEEE 802.11 Distributed Coordinated Function(DCF) WLAN basic access mechanism and RTS/CTS access mechanism is analyzed, and the average packet delay for a lossy channel is derived. The correctness of this method is verified by simulation with NS.

摘要: 对G/G/∞排队模型的队列服务时间进行修正,推导出正确的发送概率。利用修正模型分析非理想信道下的IEEE 802.11分布式协调功能无线局域网基本访问机制和RTS/CTS访问机制的饱和吞吐量,并计算出非理想信道下的平均分组时延。通过NS仿真验证该方法的正确性。
