Performance Analysis of MT-MFSK Signalsin Nakagami Channels

Nakagami信道中MT-MFSK信号性能分析

Abstract: This paper researches the performance of MT-MFSK signals in correlated Nakagami fading channels which include the following items. The correlated random variables is transformed into the weighted sums of independent variables using the Cholesky decomposition of the covariance matrix of the channels. The approximate probability density function of SNR, the approximate conditional error probability and the average union bound on the probability of symbol error is derived. Results of Matlab experiment show that the proposed average probability of symbol error is efficiency, the performance of the MT-MFSK system is better than the conventional MFSK system in terms of power and bandwidth efficiency.

摘要: 研究多音频MFSK信号在相关Nakagami衰落环境下的性能,通过信道协方差矩阵的Cholesky 分解将相关随机变量转换为独立随机变量的加权和,推导出输出信噪比的近似概率密度函数以及条件错误概率和平均字符错误概率联合边界表达式。通过Matlab仿真,证实推导出的平均字符错误概率联合边界的有效性,其性能优于MFSK系统。
