Abstract:
According to the spreading features of mechanical vibration fault, five kinds of Petri net models of fault diagnosis and the corresponding algorithm are proposed. The software engineering is approached to analyze, design and implement the system of mechanical vibration fault diagnosis. Practice proves that this method reduces the failure diagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate. The difficult problem of fault diagnosis and prediction for mechanical vibration under complex environment is solved.

摘要: 针对机械振动故障的传播特点,提出5种故障诊断的Petri网模型及其相应的故障诊断算法,用软件工程方法进行分析、设计和实现,得到机械振动故障诊断的Petri网系统。实践证明该方法能降低故障误诊率和漏诊率,解决复杂环境下机械振动故障诊断和故障预报的难题。
