Abstract:
In order to deal with the rubbish information inundation of electronic job market, a service model is proposed with two-way demand. According to the actual demands of recruiters and applicants, the system structure, the data structure and the working flow are given. This paper discusses the demand matching between recruiters and applicants, and mass candidates filtering and the communicating realization issue between agencies. Experimental results show that the model can match and manage both sides information effectively, fasten filtering rate of the resumes.

摘要: 针对电子就业市场垃圾信息泛滥的现状,提出基于双向需求的服务模型。根据招聘者和应聘者的实际需求,给出该模型的体系结构、数据结构与运行流程,研究招聘双方需求匹配、海量候选者筛选的方法以及代理间通信的实现问题。实验结果表明,该模型能实现高效的双方信息匹配与管理,提高简历筛选速度。
