Abstract:
Aiming at the features of Electric Multiple Unit(EMU) maintenance are high cost, low accuracy and efficiency, the virtual maintenance and simulation system of EMU is designed and realized. The reconstruction of assembly tree, the rendering optimization of large and complicated model and the simulation for process are proposed based on the 3D OpenSceneGraph engine. The practice results show that the developed system can satisfy the need for the tasks of EMU maintenance training, the money is saved and the training efficiency is improved.

摘要: 针对传统动车组维修训练成本高、准确性及效率低的缺陷,基于OpenSceneGraph三维引擎,提出装配结构树重构、复杂产品模型优化显示、维修过程仿真等关键技术,设计并实现动车组转向架虚拟维修仿真系统。实践结果表明,该系统能够满足动车组装配维修训练任务的需要,可节约经费、提高培训效率。
