Application of LOD Technology in Groundwater Finite Element Post-processing

LOD技术在地下水有限元后处理中的应用

Abstract: It is difficult for the reproducing, the rapid transmission based on network and the real time visualization of calculated results of finite element models that there is a large amount of data in finite element post-processing stage in groundwater. Therefore, based on analyzing the main problems existing in the post-processing of finite element in groundwater and Level of Detail(LOD) technology, this paper argues that vertex element deletion method is a effective data model simplification techniques adapted for finite element post-processing in groundwater, the main data structures of vertex element deletion and restoring are designed, DT method is used for the local triangulation meshing in the “hole” area. The real implemented example proves the effectiveness of vertex element deletion algorithm applied to finite element post-processing in groundwater.

摘要: 地下水有限元后处理阶段的数据量较大,这对模型重现、网络快速传输和计算结果的实时可视化造成困难。为此,分析地下水有限元后处理中面临的主要问题和LOD技术,指出顶点元素删除法是一种适应地下水有限元后处理的有效数据模型简化方法,设计顶点删除和恢复过程中的主要数据结构,并应用DT方法对“空洞”进行局部三角剖分。实例证明该方法在地下水有限元后处理中应用的有效性。
