Abstract:

To solve the problem of deterioration of system performance for the three analog front-end non-ideal factors, such as Carrier Frequency Offset(CFO), IQ imbalance and Sampling Frequency Offset(SFO), in Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing(OFDM) system, this paper proposes a novel joint estimation and compensation algorithm, which estimates and compensates CFO and IQ imbalance in time domain, while Residual Carrier Frequency Offset(RCFO) and SFO in frequency domain. Result shows that, compared with some of the traditional algorithms, the algorithm uses fewer data supporting resources and improves the estimation accuracy, even with large values of non-ideal factors, the proposed algorithm is still able to provide a low bit error rate.

摘要:

针对正交频分复用系统中3种模拟前端非理想因素(载波频偏、IQ失配、采样频偏)影响系统性能的问题,提出一种新颖的联合估计与补偿算法。在时域对载波频偏和IQ失配进行估计与补偿,在频域对残余载波频偏与采样频偏进行估计与补偿。仿真结果表明,与一些传统算法相比,该算法能利用更少的数据辅助资源,提高估计精度,即使存在较大非理想因素的影响,仍能够提供较低的误码率。
