基于因子分析与风险矩阵的IT外包风险评价

Abstract: Based on the issues that asymmetric information between customers and service providers, both organized and cultural differences, project risk whose large-scale, long life cycle and large capital, information security and intellectual property, etc., this paper proposes IT outsourcing risk assessment model based on factor analysis and risk matrix. Factor analysis and risk matrix are used. Borda analysis method can make the quantitative evaluation of key factors affect level true. The case analysis shows that the risks of service relationship management and providers’ ability are of the highest level for IT outsourcing projects.

摘要: IT外包项目存在客户与服务商信息不对称,双方组织文化差异,项目风险规模大、周期长、资金大,以及信息安全与知识产权等问题。为此,提出基于因子分析与风险矩阵的IT外包服务风险评价模型,采用因子分析与风险矩阵的Borda分析方法,实现对关键因子影响等级的定量评价。实例分析证明,服务关系管理风险与服务商接包能力风险对IT外包项目影响等级最高。
