Abstract:
The surveillance method of data collecting in current meteorological telecommunication information system is too simplex to satisfy the users’ requirement. In this paper, integration meteorological data real-time operation platform utilizes the technologies of classified storage, dynamic projection localization, multi-request and asynchronous access. According to the circumstance and the characteristic of meteorological data, this platform realizes the design which is based on Web GIS.

摘要: 气象通信信息系统对资料收集情况的监视手段单一,无法满足用户需求。该文将综合气象探测资料实时监视和统计平台与气象资料相结合,通过采用信息数据分级存储、动态投影定位、多次请求和异步访问等关键技术实现了Web GIS在该平台中的应用。
