摘要: 利用元层次模式动态改变软件结构和行为的特点,给出一种通用的人工免疫系统软件框架。该框架通过动态调整系统内部各免疫组件的属性和行为等,以适应问题域的多样性,快速构造特定应用环境的免疫软件系统实例,具有较好的可重用性和可扩展性。提出一种根据提取的抗原特征动态对抗体进行编码并计算不同基因变异率的免疫算法,并使用所提出的框架实现了该算法。实验结果表明了该框架的可用性。

Abstract: This paper proposes a general software framework of Artificial Immune System based on Meta Level Architecture (MLA-AIS), which can change its structures and behavior dynamically. By adjusting properties and operations of immune components of AIS, it is suitable for solving diverse questions in problem-domain and constructs applications rapidly in some specific areas and it has good reusability and extensibility. Also, an improved immune algorithm is presented and implemented based on MLA-AIS, which encodes antibodies and computes mutation rates of genes according to the characteristics of antigens. The experimental results demonstrate the availability of this architecture.
