摘要： 针对电信领域如何有效匹配Web服务并动态构建服务流程的问题，提出基于OWL-S和领域本体的电信服务三阶段匹配方法。对电信服务进行本体描述，针对服务匹配关注的不同要素，将服务匹配分解成有机结合的类别匹配、接口匹配和逻辑匹配3个阶段。实践结果表明，该方法能显著提高服务匹配精度和效率。

Abstract: In order to match Web services effectively and build business process dynamically, this paper presents a three-phrase method for tele- communication to accomplish service matching. Based on OWL-S, domain ontology and its capability of reasoning, the method considers matching of services’ categories, interfaces and service logic. Application results show that this method can improve the quality and efficiency of matching.
