摘要: 设计基于Web GIS的河口水环境管理信息系统,该系统以ArcIMS为平台,以SQL Server为数据库,动态实时监测水环境变化,模拟水质污染扩散,分析水质变化趋势,对河口区域内的生态环境进行科学评价,并提供水环境水质预警及空间决策的支持帮助,实现水环境管理的标准化与科学化。

Abstract: This paper designs the water environment management information system of river delta based on Web Geographic Information System (GIS). The system, with ArcIMS as the platform, SQL server as the database, which assures the ecological environment dynamic change can be monitored in real time, simulates the water quality pollution diffusion, forecasts the changing tendency of the water quality, appraises the quality of ecological environment, and offers early-warning and Spatial Decision Support(SDS). It realizes standardization and schematization of the water environment management.
