摘要:

基于SPICE仿真引擎,提出利用VC语言编写接口程序实现电路分级仿真的方法,实现SPICE文件与数学运算程序包之间的数据传递,解决电路仿真系统仿真时钟不同步、特殊时间点仿真不收敛、数字器件不是单入单出,以及在SPICE仿真数字器件时没有可用模型等问题。实例验证了该方法的正确性和可行性。

Abstract:

This paper puts forward a method to simulate the circuit according as levels, which is programmed by VC based on SPICE simulation engine. Data in every SPICE file and mathematical operation program pack can be transferred by this method. Several problems are solved in circuit simulation program such as no synchronous clock, divergence in special time point, spiny digital elements and no SPICE models of digital elements. An example is given to validate the correctness and feasibility of the method.
