摘要: GSS-2型海洋重力仪的传感器测量精度高,机械结构磨合良好,性能日趋稳定,但落后的测量系统已成为该重力仪发挥高精度测量的主要障碍。针对海洋重力仪的特点,采用性能稳定的PLC为核心控制器,设计硬件测控系统,基于Modbus协议开发多功能测控软件作为上位机。实验证明,该硬件系统性能稳定,软件界面友好,功能人性化,满足设计和使用的要求。

Abstract: GSS-2 type of marine gravity meter sensor has high measurement precision. After years of use, mechanical structure becomes steadier. With the rapid development of electronic information technology, the old measurement system becomes the major obstacle of high-precision measurement. This paper designs a hardware monitoring and control system using a stable Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) as core controller. Based on Modbus protocol, it develops a multi-functional monitoring and control software as the host computer. Experiments show that the hardware system performs steady and function of software is user-friendly. The system fully meets the design and use requirements.
