摘要: 针对目前国内缺少公开可得的宽带用户的网络接入状况大规模统计数据的问题,实现一次针对国内居民网络接入状况的大规模普查,收集超过1 700份有效数据,通过分析,得到在P2P网络中有95.7%的概率可以在Peer之间建立可靠连接的结论,并为国内部署P2P应用提供建议,包括重视NAT路由器穿透问题以及部署带宽补充服务器等。

Abstract: Aiming at the lackness of large-scale study of users’ network access condition in China, this paper conducts a large-scale measurement study of residential broadband access conditions by examining more than 1 700 broadband hosts. Based on the data, it finds that the probability to build a reliable connection between two peers in the P2P network is 95.7%. It also analyzes the actual effectiveness of P2P services deployed in the wild. According to the analysis, it gives some guidelines for operators of P2P services to make a successful deployment of such services in China.
