重叠牛乳体细胞判别和分割方法的研究

Study on Discrimination and Segmentation Method of Overlapping Milk Somatic Cell

摘要: 重叠细胞的识别和分割是细胞精确计数的关键,为此,针对牛乳重叠体细胞自身的形状特征,经过实验数据分析,选定重叠牛乳体细胞的形状因子阈值,判别其是否发生了重叠,减少重叠细胞的误分割,并对出现的重叠细胞采用细胞种子点提取和合并算法,通过引入正跳变数的概念确定分割点,选取合适的分割线,从而有效分割牛乳重叠体细胞。实验结果表明,该方法能准确、快速地分割牛乳重叠体细胞,并能有效抑制分水岭的过分割现象。

Abstract: It is important for cell accurate count to overlapping cell recognition and segmentation. The shape characteristic of overlapping milk somatic cells is attended. Through experimental data analysis, selection of a suitable form factor threshold judges whether it occurs in overlapping, which is order to reduce false segmentation. Seed point extraction and merging by this paper are used for overlapping cell. Segmentation points are determined through the concept of positive skip variable, and segmentation lines are selected appropriately. Experimental results show this method can accurately and quickly separate milk overlapping somatic cell, and prevent the watershed over-segmentation in effect.
