摘要: 介绍了如何使用弹簧-质点系统对布料进行模拟,虽然该方法速度较快,但是会出现数值计算不稳定的现象。该文提出了隐欧拉方法,结合shadow volume算法,解决了柔软物体的实时阴影生成问题。该方法运行速度较快,生成的阴影边缘齐整,视觉效果较好。

Abstract: This paper introduces how to simulate the behavior of cloth using a spring-mass system. The method runs efficiently, but has mathematical instability. Combined with shadow volume algorithm, this paper proposes an implicit Euler method, overcomes the problem of real-time shadow for soft object. The method runs very fast, the edge of the generated shadow is very smooth, and visual effect is perfect.
