基于低能耗WSN的石油场站监控系统设计

Design of Oil Station Monitoring System Based on Low-power Wireless Sensor Network

摘要: 为实现石油场站中长输管道状态的智能化监控,提出一个融合无线传感器网络(WSN)、GPRS和Internet的监控系统。基于WIA-PA无线工业标准,进行WSN的硬件集成,设计优化分簇拓扑管理机制,采用扩展超帧的时隙分配策略实现低能耗的上行协议,利用带时间戳的泛洪机制实现高实时性的下行协议。将监控系统运行于石油场站现场,并在OMNet++平台上对分簇WSN进行仿真,结果显示该系统的传输可靠性高于98%,网络中各簇节点的能量消耗均衡,自主运行时间可达1年。

Abstract: This paper presents a layered network structure merging with Wireless Sensor Network(WSN), General Packet Radio Service(GPRS) network and Internet to intelligently monitor the safety of the pipeline laid in remote station. WSN is build up based on WIA-PA industrial wireless standard. Clustered topology management is optimized, a low-power uplink protocol with extended super-frame for assigning timeslot is proposed, and an on-time downlink protocol of attaching timestamp to flooding protocol is implemented. Field data of three months trial running of the system and simulation data on OMNet++ platform have published good results of monitoring system with over 98% success ratio of data transmission, and WSN with energy balance in the every cluster and energy conservation of over one year lifetime.
