摘要: 针对传统激光加工设备存在实时性不高、只能单机加工以及必须配置计算机的问题,开发基于USB总线的激光三维雕刻控制系统,具有USB主/从机2种工作模式并行智能切换。该系统在主机模式下,能直接读取USB移动存储器,在从机模式下,通过USB接口实现与计算机的数据传输,并利用一台PC机控制多台雕刻机实现多机同时加工,从而大幅度提高工效。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low real time, single processing and computer must be equipped in traditional laser processing device, this paper develops a laser three-dimension carving control system based on USB bus. It has two kinds of work pattern parallel intelligence switching for USB-host and USB-device. At the pattern of USB-host, control system can read USB storage directly. At the pattern of USB-device, USB interface is adopted to realize the transformation of data between PC and the laser carving control system. More than one laser carving machines can be controlled by only one PC through USB, it can not only reduce the cost but also improve the efficiency.
