摘要： 介绍了RS232、USB总线及其发展前景，针对USB总线技术蓬勃发展、RS232端口逐渐匮乏但RS232设备在短期内将仍有生命力这一状况，提出了一种快速升级RS232设备到USB设备的方法，同时讨论了在VB中利用MSComm控件快速开发简单USB设备这一简便途径。

Abstract: Based on the analyses of RS232 and USB’s actuality and develop direction, a method of upgrade RS232 device to USB device is expatiated. A simple and convenient method to design USB device is introduced.
