摘要:

针对当前某些高校自动化专业实验教学设备资源不足与利用率低的问题,基于网络化控制系统实验室架构,将三维虚拟现实技术、远程控制技术等多项技术结合,以双容水箱为对象,通过三维建模与渲染、数学建模、系统集成等步骤,设计并实现一套虚拟远程实验系统。双容水箱实验结果表明,该系统能实现实验教学设备共享,使学生具有强烈的沉浸感与现场感,并且虚拟和远程实验结果可以进行相互验证,个性化的监控界面能提供更好的用户体验。

Abstract: To solve the shortage or low utilization of lack of experiment teaching equipment in some universities,this paper proposes a virtual/remote experiment system of double tank.It is based on Networked Control System Laboratory(NCSLab) architecture and accomplished by combining 3D virtual reality and remote control technology.3D modeling and rendering,mathematic modeling and system integration are included in the process of designing the experiment system.Coupled-tank experiment result shows that the system is able to share experiment equipment and bring students a strong sense of immersion.Also,the results of virtual and remote experiments can be mutually verified and the personalized monitoring interface also brings a better user experience.
