Application of SARS Epidemic Situation Analysis and Forecast Based on Gene Expression Programming

基因表达式编程在SARS疫情分析及预测中的应用

Abstract: Analysis and forecast of SARS epidemic situation by using gene expression programming(GEP) is reported. The paper applies the GEP to the analysis and forecast of SARS epidemic situation after analysis of the complexity and convergence of the GEP. By simulating at computer, it acquires the forecast curve of the epidemic about Shanxi and Beijing. The result of forecast curve shows that the algorithm is rapid and the result is precise.

摘要: 讨论基因表达式编程在SARS 疫情分析与预测中的应用,对基因表达式编程进行了理论分析,利用基因表达式编程对SARS在中国的传播与流行趋势及控制策略进行了自动数学建模实验。利用实际数据拟合参数,针对北京、山西的疫情进行了计算仿真。结果表明,该网络模型算法收敛速度较快,预测精度很高。
