S变换在心肌声学造影图像降噪中的应用

Abstract: This paper proposes a time-frequency filtering method based on S transform. S transform inherits the advantages of the wavelet transform and short time Fourier transform. It is suitable for medical image processing. This method uses hard threshold for de-noising in local spectrum, and can be used in image de-noising of the Myocardial Contrast Echocardiography(MCE). Experiment of de-noising demonstrates its validity and clinical application value.

摘要: 提出一种基于二维S变换的时频滤波方法。S变换融合了短时傅里叶变换和小波变换的优点,适合医学图像处理。该方法在局部频谱利用硬阈值去噪,可用于心肌声学造影图像降噪。降噪实验表明了该方法的有效性和临床应用价值。
