基于Symbian平台的流媒体性能优化方法

Abstract: In order to implement smooth playback of streaming media in real time by mobile terminals aiming at the high complexity of loop filtering in H.264/AVC and limited mobile terminals resource, this paper proposes a new approach for optimizing loop filtering algorithm and screen display. The improved method is put forward based on sequence of loop filtering and the calculation of boundary strength. The method can take full advantage of the storage speed advantage of register and spatial correlation of image, combining with the characteristics of Symbian platform, and the output image of screen is optimized with double buffering and direct screen access. Experimental results demonstrate that the approach not only can improve the speed of decoding, but also can make fluency of the screen better.

摘要: 为实现移动终端中流媒体的实时流畅播放,针对H.264/AVC环路滤波算法的高复杂性及移动终端资源的有限性,提出一种环路滤波算法和屏幕显示的优化方法。结合Symbian平台自身的特点,利用寄存器存储速度优势及图像空间相关性,改进去块顺序及边界强度运算方法,采用双缓冲及直接屏幕访问技术对图像屏幕输出进行优化。实验结果表明,该方法能提高解码速度和屏幕流畅度。
