Abstract: Long Term Evolution(LTE) network performance heavily depends on the network planning.To implement the self-planning and optimization of LTE network coverage,network run is on optimal status,this paper proposes a new balance network coverage and interference mathematics model and evaluating function.According to the characteristic of LTE system,the model reconstructs evaluating method and evaluating function.It uses simulation annealing algorithm to solve NP problems,and minimize evaluating function.Simulation results show that the model and algorithm can improve network coverage rate,reduce unnecessary overlap coverage to decrease small region interference,and increase network performance.

摘要: 长期演进(LTE)网络性能对网络规划的依赖性较强。为实现LTE网络覆盖的自规划和自优化,使网络运行在最佳状态,提出一种新的均衡网络覆盖与干扰的数学模型。该模型根据LTE系统的特点重新构建了评价方式及评价函数,并利用模拟退火算法对NP问题求解,使评价函数最小化。仿真结果表明,该模型能够有效提高网络覆盖率,同时降低不必要的重叠覆盖以减少小区间干扰,提高网络性能。
