Abstract:
In order to make the traditional Fuzzy C-means(FCM) algorithm more useful for image segmentation, the spatial constraints FCM algorithm for image segmentation based on pyramid information is proposed. The pyramid structure is introduced to rapid the approach and restrict membership. The proposed algorithm takes spatial information into account, and is full free of empirically adjusted parameters. Experimental results show that, the new algorithm can effectively preserve the detail information of the image and improve the quality of image segmentation.

摘要: 为使传统模糊C均值(FCM)算法更加适用于图像分割,提出一种基于塔形信息的空间约束图像分割算法。引入塔形结构减少运算时间,并将其用于求解隶属度,在FCM算法的目标函数中,添加不含任何参数的约束项,以约束像素邻域空间信息。实验结果表明,该算法能保留图像的细节信息,提高图像的分割质量。
