摘要： 随着电子商务的普及，网络传输中越来越多地涉及到各种私密性的信息，作为网络传输资源载体的XML 文档应确保其应用的安全性。该文从XML 加密、XML 数字签名、XML 访问控制和密钥管理4 个方面介绍一个XML 服务平台，它将作为保证其安全应用的前提和基础。

Abstract: As E-business becomes more and more popular, XML document as Web transport media must be safe enough to keep the Web security.This article describes the setting up of the XML service platform from four aspects: XML encryption , XML digit signature, XML access control language(XACL), XML key manage system(XKMS).
