摘要： 虚拟城市是当今数字城市建设的一个重要组成部分。该文根据现有的硬件环境和网络环境提出了三维虚拟城市景观基础平台的系统结构，分析了基础平台中的三维空间数据管理、三维空间数据可视化和设计方法，最后在此基础上讨论了此基础平台的实现细节。

Abstract: Virtual city is an important part of the current construction of the digital city. This paper proposes a virtual system structure, analyzes three dimensional spacial data management, the visualization of three dimensional data and realization of system. At last the detail of system realization is discussed.
