摘要： 在参考ALC 可靠多播传输协议的基础上，结合CATV 网络的特性，设计并实现了一个面向CATV 网络的可靠多播文件传输系统，并针对实际网络的性能进行了工作参数的优化选择。利用该系统，PC 用户通过DVB 接收卡连接到CATV 网络便可以实现高速、稳定且可靠的文件接收。系统已成功应用于浙江省重大科技攻关项目“浙江省信息化科技村镇建设与示范”和“多层次职业技术教育网络服务平台”。

Abstract: This paper presents a CATV based multicast file transfer system on top of ALC reliable multicast protocol, and also adjusts the work parameters of this system according to the characteristic of CATV. Based on this system, PC users can experience reliable file downloading at high speed with QoS assurance by access to the CATV network using DVB network interface. The system has already been implemented and successfully applied in practice.
