摘要： 随着网上电子商务的飞速发展，数字产品的版权保护和盗版跟踪日益成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。数字水印技术是保护数字产品版权的一个潜在解决方案。该文分析了在买卖交易中，数字产品提供者、购买者、水印认证中心的责任和要求，设计了一个基于数字水印的买卖交易协议，该协议防止了水印被盗用的可能性，并保证了数字产品提供者及购买者双方的权益。

Abstract: The continuous growth of electronic commerce prompts the importance of studying the issues of digital rights protection and piracy detection. Digital watermarking is a potential solution to the property protection for digital contents. In this paper, the requirements of digital content provider, buyer and watermarking certification authentication are analyzed at first and then a buyer-seller watermarking protocol is designed. The new protocol effectively excludes any possibilities of stealing watermarks and also protects the rights of content provider and buyer at one time.
