摘要： 基于面向业务的网络管理概念，提出了一个支持动态生成、使用和管理业务的基础结构，该基础结构由抽象表达总线、业务工作流总线、网络事务总线和相应的一些功能单元构成。对增强和扩展基本管理功能的方法以及体系结构所需数据模型进行了探讨。利用文章提出的集成方法可以实现业务和网络资源的统一管理，通过业务管理协调资源使用，通过资源管理保障业务实现。

Abstract: An approach is presented to integrate service and network resource management based on service-oriented network management concept, described as a framework for dynamically constructing, using and managing service. The framework consists of presentation abstraction bus, service workflow-oriented bus, network transactions-oriented bus, and some relevant components. In addition, a research is made on architecture-related data models and how to enforce and extend basic management functions in this paper. It can manage the services and network resources uniformly standing on the framework, coordinate resources using through service management, guarantee the service by resource management
